  1. Wouldn't be the first I'd be letting go, but wouldn't be gutted if he left. Think him and Mckay are stick ons to go to Forrest anyway
  2. I just think his attitude towards the game is wrong tbh. I think there is a player there but that is two whole seasons and IMO he still hasn't kicked on to the heights he could. Rejecting contract offers is poor as well and seems to be the mentality of young players who think they have already made it. I think his attitude towards the game stinks and he looks like he's lost the heart for football. I do think in the middle with players who will protect him he would flourish but if he isn't going to pull his weight I don't think he'll be here.
  3. I backed Garner to the hilt but even I've came to the conclusion that he is pish. He toepoked the ball into the side netting in the first half when if it was Boyd he would've lashed it in on his bad foot or dummied it through. He's not good enough. McKay will be gone as well. Pedro wants men
  4. I was there as always, I didn't even cheer the first and celebrated a tad for the second. Could bet your bottom dollar if I was where they came over to celebrate I'd have been on the park as well. Something just overcomes you when see them run towards you, regardless if it was Nacho Novo or Joe Garner, you naturally want to celebrate like mad.
  5. Get what he says but the fawning over Rodgers is actually quite boring.
  6. I'd be over the moon with Alves and the CB in the other thread, with Wilson on the bench. It'd be a good start and promising if Pedro is starting with the spine of the team instead of panic buying a Swiss mongo
  7. Ooh not too sure about Hill mate unless Pedro specifically likes the old school rule of defend first and the wingbacks do that job of protecting them against pace with the CDMs up too scratch. I'd probably start Wilson over Hill if that wasn't the case, he is a bit faster than Hill but if the focus is on positioning and defending first then yeah I'd start both of them no problem
  8. This is now getting interesting. We've essentially been linked with 4 players, all defensively minded. Hallelujah. What a signing that would be btw. Get that donkey Senderos tae fuck and give his wages to Alves
  9. I think MOH will sit on his contract unless he's used as a makeweight for a Scottish based player tbh mate. Holt will not get anywhere near the kind of money he's on just now so can't see him being moved on either. Both failed miserably in England so can't see them going back there either.
  10. Centre back looks like he'd laugh at carving up puppies in front of a bunch of kids. Exactly what we need
  11. Couldn't believe when I seen it on the BBC during the week. ex-football coach accused of abuse tracked to America... below it was... Rangers fan guilty of racist abuse. Not condoning racist abuse but come on to fuck, did Torbett not only work for one club as a coach?
  12. I don't think it'll be too hard to get rid of the vast majority. Kiernan, Forrester, Waghorn, Crooks, Mckay, Hodson and Garner will be picked up by one of the 72 clubs in the Championship and below. Senderos, Hill, Hyndman and Toral will be gone. Rossiter, Dodoo and Windass are still promising players IMO. The players we'll be lumped with are Krancjar, Halliday, Holt and MOH.
  13. No no no you've got it wrong. Torbett was simply an ex-football coach, not an ex-cellic coach, so the MSM say anyway.
  14. There is no way we'll be getting Zardes, Morris or Wallace.
  15. There's just something about Windass for me I don't think we should be giving up on him yet. I like Dodoo tbh, hardly plays in his natural position and made Mckay look extremely poor when he came out at half time against Partick, put two crosses into to box and had a shot on goal within 5 minutes. He's a striker, and whilst he won't be our main one for a while I'd like to see him play there with Miller or another. Holt doesn't contribute enough for me, but his 2020 contract means we'll probably have to keep him anyway.
