We need to be realistic with what we are watching and the bottom line is the performance of the players and the management hasn't been good enough. I'm depressed as fuck about it as I honestly don't take many positives from what I'm seeing every week!

100% agree - but you'll find they RM is one of the most negative places ever - if we win there are still folk moaning - there's a few who remain positive but you'll need a tin hat with a positive post like that!

Positive stuff is great, but how can you continue to be positive when week after week (except the odd exception) we get served up the same dross all the time? On and off the park, we are continually failing. Last season we saw good football, but we are now out of our depth and don't seem to be trying anything to rectify it. Maybe the players are as pissed off as us that the manager doesn't try to change things and give them something more interesting to do. Going into work and doing repetitive shit gets boring and moral goes down. The players probably feel like they are working on a production line or something. Mix it up and get them doing different things. Not only will they learn more as young players, it will give the opposition something to think about too. How many shots did we have in the 2nd half against ross county? I can only remember none. If we refuse to change, then we are not allowing ourselves to go forward.
